Downsview Aerospace Innovation & Research (DAIR) and Ontario Aerospace Council (OAC) partnered with InnovaIT to examine opportunities and challenges for training in the Canadian aerospace and aviation industries. The public report has been published on the DAIR website. InnovaIT led the project including research, polling, analysis, and report writing. The resulting public report (44 pages, PDF format) outlines research on the Aviation and Aerospace Industry in Canada, focusing on workforce requirements, skills, and training opportunities. A supplementary report for DAIR included profile SWOT and specific opportunities that the research hub might consider for future development.
