Activities - To achieve this competency, I:

  • Studied course design in both undergraduate and post-graduate programs
  • Designed numerous courses as a teacher in three community colleges in the Atlantic Provinces
  • Developed courses in Educational Technology, Interactive Listening and Problem-based learning and Designing Programs for CCEDP, NSCC
  • Developed course outlines for all courses in the proposed eBusiness Advanced Diploma for School of Business, NSCC
  • Developed numerous course outlines for the customized eBusiness outreach program delivered to WVDA clients in the Spring of 2005
  • Developed course outlines for corporate clients of Agile Curriculum and InnovaIT Web Services
  • Facilitated Course Development Teams to develop and improve course outlines in IT and Applied Arts programs, NSCC
  • Developed course outlines for weekly accounting labs at Memorial University
  • Developed mini course outlines for various guest lecture appearances for St. Marys University and Halifax Chamber of Commerce
